Returns & Exchanges
At Passionate Playground, we do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and detailed information straight from our trusted manufacturers. While we can’t offer a blanket satisfaction guarantee like Amazon, our friendly Customer Care team is here to support you with any questions before or after your purchase.
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, and we’re happy to help when we can. Please read the following return guidelines carefully.
How to Request a Return
Return Authorization Required
If you believe your item qualifies for a return contact us

Returns without prior RA approval will not be accepted.
Third-Party Purchases Not Eligible
This policy applies only to purchases made directly on Joyboxx.com.
If you purchased our products through a third-party seller like Amazon, Shevibe, or Hustler Hollywood, please contact them directly for return assistance.
Return Eligibility by Product Category
Because of the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns under very specific conditions. All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging — free from scuffing, wear, or any markings. Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery.
Joyboxx, Playtray, Joybuff
If you receive your Joyboxx, Playtray, or Joybuff and discover damage, defects, or missing parts, please contact us immediately at customercare@joyboxx.com and include clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The outer shipping box, showing any visible damage
This is required to help us file a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
- Please Note: Joyboxx is not returnable due to preference-related reasons such as disliking the size or no longer needing the product. Be sure to review the dimension drawings included in the product listing before purchasing.
Lingerie
- Must be unopened with all original packaging and tags intact
- Items showing signs of wear or tampering are not eligible
Adult Toys
- Must be sealed in original, untampered packaging
- Opened or used toys cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations
- For manufacturer defects, see the "Defective Items" section below
Clothing (Passionate Playground Brand)
- Must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Includes hats, shirts, sweats, shorts, sweatshirts
Lotions, Lubricants, Toy Cleaners
- Must be sealed and unopened to be eligible
Supplements
- Generally not eligible for return.
- If approved, must be unopened with intact packaging
Defective Items
If your item appears to have a manufacturer defect, contact us within 7 days at:

Return Shipping Instructions
After receiving your Return Authorization:
- Pack your item securely in a box (original shipping materials may be reused).
- Cover or remove the original shipping label.
- Use the carrier of your choice (USPS or FedEx recommended).
- Retain your tracking number and shipping receipt.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- We do not provide prepaid shipping labels unless otherwise stated.
- Do not refuse delivery or mark the package “Return to Sender” — such returns may not reach us, and we cannot issue a refund for lost packages.
Additional Return Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.
Refund Deductions for Shipping Promotions
If your order qualified for free or discounted shipping, please note that the actual shipping and handling costs we covered will be deducted from your refund if you return the item(s).
Example Refund Breakdown
If your order qualified for discounted or partially free shipping, the difference between what you paid and our actual shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
Breakdown:
- Item Total: $100
- Actual Shipping Cost (UPS): $16.87
- You Paid: $10.00
- Difference We Covered: $6.87 (this will be deducted)
- Shipping Labor Fee: $8.00 (covers the person we pay to pack and ship your order)
- Sales Tax: $5.00
Refund Issued:
$100 (item) + $5.00 (tax) − $6.87 (shipping difference) − $8.00 (labor)
Total Refund: $90.13
This helps us cover the real costs associated with packing and shipping your order. Thanks for understanding.
- Exchanges are not offered at this time. To get a different size or item, please place a new order.
- Unauthorized returns will not be opened or processed. If you send an item back without an approved RA, we may ask you to provide a prepaid return label to have it shipped back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria. Items returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back at your expense.
