Manufacturer Return Policy & Procedure

1. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Passionate Playground is not liable for loss or damage by any carrier. If cartons are lost, received damaged, opened or have been re-taped, the customer must file a claim with the carrier responsible at the time of delivery.

Please have the driver note the problem in their delivery record. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier.

2. Damages or shortages must be reported to Passionate Playground via email at customercare (at) joyboxx (dot) com or ds (at) joyboxx (dot) com within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

3.  Proof of damage or shortage is required in the form of photos and shipping logs.

Defective Product 

1. Our product is made and assembled by a small team in Washington State. In the rare event that a product arrives defective, you the wholesale customer must notify Passionate Playground in writing and with photos as to the nature of the defect to customercare (at) joyboxx (dot) com.  If you are storing product in a warehouse, then notification must be received within 60 days from receipt of goods.

Once you remove product from the case and put it on your shelf or ship to a customer, it is much more difficult to determine a manufacturer defect vs. customer or shipping damage, so no refund will be provided in the event of a complaint. 

2. Defective product definition: These issues are considered a product defect.

-A part that is cracked or broken upon arrival that is not due to shipping damage.  Example: A broken hinge upon unwrapping the product. 

-A part that does not function properly.  Example: The slide lock does not slide, the lid does not close. 

- A visual defect in part.  Example:  A large scratch or blemish in the plastic due to manufacturing process. 

3. If the product is shipped, used and a part is cracked, broken or warped due to shipping damage or after customer use, it is not eligible for return, however a new replacement part may be purchased from manufacturer at cost plus shipping and handling.

All returns require a return authorization from Passionate Playground.

Products are built at our factory with 100% QC.  If your order is lost or damaged in shipping please file a claim with your shipper.
