BAMBOO RAINBOW SHIBARI BONDAGE ROPE
Bamboo silk is more environmentally friendly than cotton and softer than hemp, our rainbow bondage rope bursts with color, comfort, and strength.
Strong enough for restraint and specially designed with a tight twist to ensure safety if used for suspension, our rope's natural stretch is safe for all BDSM adventures. The label includes "how to tie your first-knot" instructions.
Along with its soft touch, this rope is also safe for those with allergies to jute and hemp. The strands are dyed prior to spinning so that the color is beautifully variegated and coated with wax and treated for immediate use.

Manufacturer Return Policy & Procedure
1. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Passionate Playground is not liable for loss or damage by any carrier. If cartons are lost, received damaged, opened or have been re-taped, the customer must file a claim with the carrier responsible at the time of delivery.
Please have the driver note the problem in their delivery record. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier.
2. Damages or shortages must be reported to Passionate Playground via email..
3. Proof of damage or shortage is required in the form of photos and shipping logs.
We are happy to make things right!
3. If the product is shipped, used and a part is cracked, broken or warped due to shipping damage or after customer use, it is not eligible for return, however a new replacement part may be purchased from us at cost plus shipping and handling.
All returns require a return authorization from Passionate Playground.
Defective Product
1. Our product is made and assembled by a small team in Washington State. In the rare event that a product arrives defective, you the wholesale customer must notify Passionate Playground in writing and with photos as to the nature of the defect to our customer care email.
